Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use a credit card on our website. Our site uses Verisign security for all our transactions, ensuring a secure checkout process.

 

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to ship your complete order within 48 hours of receiving it. We ship via UPS and USPS, and depending on your location shipping can take anywhere from 1-7 days.

There may be occasions when we are temporarily out of stock on an item. If the product is expected within 5 days, we will hold shipping the order so you receive all of your items in one shipment.

 

Can I send one order to more than one shipping address?

Yes. However please take note that the shipping and handling costs are determined per shipping address, and not as one total purchase. In order to qualify for "free shipping," the total for each shipping location must reach the specified "free shipping" amount. Please refer to our shipping help page for more info.

Can I add to an existing order?

Once your order has been submitted, it will be processed immediately to expedite the shipping of your products. As such, you may not add to or delete the order, so if you would like to purchase additional items, you will need to submit a new order.

 

What shipping options do I have within the continental United States and Canada?

ThinkFun will ship to you via UPS Ground service. Allow an estimated 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. We cannot ship to P. O. Boxes

 

What shipping options do I have for orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska?

ThinkFun will ship to you via either UPS or USPS. Allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Will sales taxes be added to my order?

State law requires companies to charge sales tax in states where they have offices and are conducting business. In our case, we must charge sales tax when we ship to Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

 

Does ThinkFun take returns or issue refunds?

At ThinkFun, we aren't satisfied unless you are! If by any chance you would like to return your ThinkFun product(s) for a refund, you will be required to include all components to the product (i.e. individual pieces, solutions, travel bag, etc.), the original packaging, and the Order Number supplied on the date of purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return and refund process.

 

Do you accept purchase orders from schools?

Yes. Please fax your purchase order to the attention of Customer Service at (703) 549-6210 or mail to ThinkFun, Inc. 1321 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

 

Can I place an order online using a purchase order or grant?

No. Credit card payment is required to finalize online purchases. Please fax these orders to the attention of Customer Service at (703) 549-6210

 

How can I order replacement items for my ThinkFun games and puzzles?

Need Replacement Pieces for your favorite game? NO PROBLEM! We'll send them to you! Click here for information on how to submit your request. Please note that instructions for most ThinkFun games can be downloaded here.

* We are unable to process international requests for replacement pieces. If you are an international customer seeking replacement pieces, please contact us with your country of origin and we can provide you with the proper distributor information for your country.

ThinkFun realizes that our customers enjoy solving our mind challenging games on their own. However, we also understand that from time to time, a little help along the way may be needed. For this reason, we include the solutions for all of our products right there in the box. Remember, don't consider it cheating…consider it learning!
